New Student Enrollment

Welcome to Marengo County Schools! Use this page to enroll a student who is new to our district. If your child attended a Marengo County school last year, please use Returning Student Registration instead. Enrolling a Pre-K child? First Class Pre-K uses a separate state application — see Pre-K Registration.

What You'll Need to Enroll Checklist

• Certified birth certificate
• Alabama Certificate of Immunization (IMM-50, the “blue slip”)
• Two proofs of residency
• Parent/guardian photo ID
• Social Security card (optional in Alabama — enrollment cannot be denied without it)
• Previous-school records (if transferring)
• Custody/court documents (if applicable).
